  Fruit diet is literally based on fruits and vegetables, which contains a small amount of sugar and fat, and a high proportion of water. This five-day regimen of diet can cleanse your body of toxins, strengthen the immune system and prevent infections.

Lunch: 125 grams of cheese, tomato, toast
Dinner: 125 grams of cooked veal, fruit, toast

Day 5

  Breakfast: fruit, toast, coffee

Lunch: 200 grams of boiled beef, tomatoes, toast
Dinner: 500 grams of cooked vegetables, egg, tomato





  If you feel hungry between meals, eat some watermelon or other low-fat fruit.
The five-day diet can be repeated until the desired weight, but it is important first of all to consult a
